Ensconced in a private area of Longboat Key, we created a haven at the beach for clients with two young children.  The story for this condo is all about sand, water, light and comfort.  Furnishings in the public spaces were designed for easy and carefree living.  A beautiful 14’ wide custom painting by Bruce Marsh anchors the Great Room areas, placed over a custom designed sideboard which creates a magnificent bar and service area. 

The Master Bedroom and Guest Bedrooms echo our theme of calmness and quiet with soft colors in furnishings and original art.  An office was designed with a one of a kind desk with mid-century modern style, macassar ebony wood, and hardware from Murano, Italy. The custom credenza also shows a sunburst design of ebony on its doors.  Photos from Clyde Butcher enhance the feeling of Florida’s exotic terrain.  This residence truly is an escape for a young family to enjoy the beach, fresh air, salt water and each other.
