Having designed and completed this project as new construction in 2001, Hughes Design was asked to develop an updated furnishings design for all common areas.

This involved fresher colors for walls and ceilings, new carpets, and a mixture of existing furnishings and new furnishings. This new plan retained the elegance of the spaces, enhanced our original interior architectural design, and gave a fresher, more current look to one of Sarasota’s most prestigious condominium buildings.
